Ammo Can Log #1 FTB!

Welcome to my first attempt at creating a blog.

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Marvin J, a freelance graphic designer currently living in Surfside Beach, SC. (great name I know!) I’ve been designing websites for about 5+ years, and I’ve always wanted to start up a blog, but never really never had a good reason to.

Back in December of 2007 I started geocaching with my long time girlfriend Zephyr & her best friend Imagine. Soon we were hooked. Before we knew it we were regulars at the Grand Strand Geocachers meetings. Zephyr spearheaded an effort to create a montly newsletter for our little club, and being a graphic desinger, I made Zephyr’s imagination a reality. As we released several issues, it became clear that we needed someplace to house all of the previous issues. I also wanted a spot to share some of the tweaks and things I’ve done to make caching easier on myself.

So thats it. My first blog post. I guess that wasn’t so bad. Be sure to return frequently, I should have the previous newsletters posted fairly soon as well as tons of other links, downloads, and other stuff that won’t fit nicely into a 50cal Ammo Can.
